Each Forged Magnolia item is made to order, so returns are only accepted if your item arrives incorrect or damaged.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed promptly once the issue is confirmed.

Because every piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or design preferences.
